Who We Support

Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) serve the most medically fragile and those with severe intellectual, physical, behavioral and developmental disabilities.

Per statute, to be admitted to an ICF Home, individuals must have an IQ of 70 or lower and have other developmental disabilities.

Because only 804 beds are available statewide, providers offer openings to those individuals with the highest needs whom they can best serve.

Providers also maintain their own waitlists, so it’s best to familiarize yourself with local providers before contacting them about their available services.
